Zazen: For those who would like to participate in Zazen Meditation, please bring a Zafu or other meditation support for your use if you can.

Meals, Snacks & Seminar Dinner

Snacks & Hydration: A snack & hydration table will be setup for everyone’s use during the training.

Dining Area: A dining area will be setup for everyone to use, no meal purchases are necessary. Note that a COOP Grocery store is within walking distance of the training hall and is open on Sundays if needed. 

Kitchen: The GAC will be using a teaching kitchen to prepare meals and we will have a station open use for anyone to use.

Lunches*: For your convenience the GAC will provide a selections of Soups, “Build-Your-Own” Sandwiches. Available Saturday & Sunday.

Friday Pizza Dinner*: A casual social dinner where the GAC will order a selections of Pizzas and drinks.

SEMINAR DINNER*: Saturday evening, the GAC will provide an Aperol, Dinner, Dessert, and basic drinks. Alcohol and special drinks will be available for purchase.

Flexbus to Vaduz, FL -> Liechtenstein Buses #24 –> #11


Hostel Room Accommodation

For the convenience of our solo travelers and attendees, the GAC has reserved Hostel-Style rooms at the Haus Gutenberg, which is short walk from the training facility.

The overnight stays are available for any nights Thursday to Sunday, with the selected nights that work best for you.

GAC Terms & Conditions

All participants will need to accept the GAC Terms & Conditions before training and can be done onsite. Youths unaccompanied by a parent or guardian are required to bring the document signed by their parent or guardian.

Need Additional Help to Attend?

The GAC wants to support anyone who wants to attend the seminar but needs additional help with travel, accommodations, fees & meals. Please contact the us at info@gac.li if you need additional help to attend. While our resources are not endless, we will help when, where, and how we can.

Camping Mittagsspitze

On the town boarder to Balzers, with an excellent bus connection to the training hall.

The Camping site is closed for winter, but bookings can be made for spring. In additional to camping sites, they also offer bungalows, single to family rooms, apartments with cooking facilities, and Group “Hostel-Type” rooms.

A traditional hotel that is a short drive from the training hall.

The hotel includes a pizzeria restaurant with accommodation offerings that include single to family rooms, and apartments with cooking facilities.
