What to wear:

  • Please wear sports clothes that cover the knees and are not overly loose.

What not to wear:

  • Please remove jewelry, necklaces, and watches.
  • Any items that cannot be removed need to be taped down with a bandage wrap or sports tape.
  • No footwear is needed, training is done barefoot.
